Nexx Garage - NXG-100 - How to fix the "Unknown Status" in Nexx Home App in NXG-100?

If the device is in "Unknown Status" you'll just need to do a few open/close cycles of the garage door to get the status to update. If you're not at home or don't have any way to remotely view your garage door I would recommend waiting until you get home before trying to open/close the door.

If still, it doesn't resolve the issue, then please check the sensors and see if they are still installed correctly. Also, open the app > tap on settings > device info and check if your device has the latest firmware installed which should be 3.3.19.

If both of them don't work, then disconnect the wire of the sensor from the device and then connect it again.
