Have you had an unusually extreme cold temperature in your area?

Extreme cold weather may cause your garage to expand thereby causing the sensors to expand (move slightly apart) with it.  If the sensors are not within the 1/8 to 1/4 inch gap then you may get incorrect open/close notification.

Please check your sensors for proper alignment within this 1/8 to 1/4 inch and send us a picture at support@getnexx.com if you need further clarification or assistance.
