Below is our return process.  Please follow the process as outlined so we can best assist you.

1. Upload to us an original purchase order receipt.  

2. Provide your shipping name and address.

3. Upon return authorization, we will email a prepaid postage return label for you to return the device.  

4. Once you have shipped the return device, email us to let us know that it is in the mail.

5.  Upon receipt of the return, we will process a refund to your original payment account within 3 business days.
