Nexx Garage NXG-200 - Shared user unable to activate the door for Nexx Garage NXG-200

If a shared user was already granted access but is unable to activate the door or they get an error message saying "you can only activate the device from Bluetooth only" you'll need to check the Just Share screen on the primary user's account to see if they have selected "Only BLE activation allowed" enabled and deselect it. 

 

This setting means that the shared user will only be able to activate the device using Bluetooth. This is a security measure built into the app so that you can restrict shared users from being able to activate the device over the internet and instead require them to be physically present and near the device (within Bluetooth range) to activate the door.
