Nexx Garage NXG-200, NXG-100 - What to do when you switch to the Nexx Garage WiFi and it shows "Connected, No Internet"
When doing the setup and you see this message on your phone, all you need to do is:
For Android: Check for any notifications asking you if you want to stay connected and make sure you select "stay connected'. Then go back to the Nexx Home app to continue with the set up process. If you are not keep your connection with the Nexx Garage WiFi, then try with another phone (preferably an iPhone or you can also try doing the setup on a wireless laptop via the web app: https://mobile.nexxhome.com)
For iOS: Just go back to your app and then proceed with the setup process.
This is a normal message and not an error since the device is not connected to the internet initially. If you have trouble proceeding or if when you go back to the app, the setup does not continue, then please
