Nexx Garage NXG-200, NXG-100 - The LED light on the Nexx Garage just keeps blinking
The blinking green and red light indicates that the device is trying to connect to your WiFi. If the device successfully connects, it should turn solid red. However, if the light continue to blink red and green, then this can either mean that the password is incorrect or you may be connecting to a 5GHz network. Then let's try the following steps.
1. Make sure that you are connecting to a 2.4GHz network. If you have both 5GHz and 2.4GHz frequencies under one WiFi name, then try separating them into 2 WiFi networks or create a guest network using 2.4GHz.
2. Go to your phone settings, tap on the 2.4GHz WiFi and select "Forget network". Restart your phone, then connect to the 2.4GHz network.
3. Once you are connected, open the Nexx Home app and start the set up.
