Nexx Garage - NXG-200 - No devices found in configuration mode error

If you get an error saying there are "no devices found in configuration mode", follow the steps below to resolve it:

1. First, delete the device from the Nexx app. On the main screen in the Nexx app, go to the Device Settings page (tap the gear icon), then tap the "Delete Device" button to delete it from the app.
If the device is still showing in the Nexx app, then it won't be detected during the configuration process.

2. Once the device is deleted from the Nexx app, make sure the device is plugged in, and reset the device by using a paperclip or something similar to push the button inside the reset hole for exactly 15 seconds.
Note: The button next to the WiFi antenna is for pairing the wireless sensor and is NOT the reset button.

3. Unplug the device from power, wait at least 10 seconds, and then plug the device back in.

4. Uninstall the Nexx app, reboot your phone, and then reinstall the app again from the App / Play Store. Once logged in, if you get a prompt asking for permission for the Nexx app to use Bluetooth, make sure to allow this.

5. Tap the "+" sign in the Nexx app to start the configuration process and follow the instructions on the screen.
