Nexx Garage - NXG-100 - Recommended WIRED Sensor Orientation
Most issues with incorrect door status are caused by incorrect sensor orientation. There are some sensor orientations which may work for a period of time, but they will eventually start to fail and show the wrong status.
Our only recommended sensor orientation is where you have both sensors parallel to each other with the screw side facing upward.
Please install the sensor as shown in the picture below:
