Try the following steps to perform the hard reset:

1.  Unplug the device for 30 seconds.

2.  Press and hold the reset button while plugging the device in.

3.  Continue to hold the reset button for 5-10 seconds after plugging the device in.

4.  Release the reset button.

5.  Wait 15 seconds

6.  Unplug device for 30 seconds.

7.  Plug the device back in.
