Nexx Garage - Notifications troubleshooting

1.  First make sure that the notifications are enabled in the Nexx Home App by tapping Settings, then tap Notification. Make sure as well that your phone is NOT in silent mode.  
2.  Make sure Bluetooth is turned OFF on your phone.  If Bluetooth is enabled then the phone will send the voice audio to the connected Bluetooth device.  For example, if your phone is connected to your car Bluetooth, then your phone will send the voice audio to your car Bluetooth, and you will not hear the voice notification on your phone.
3.  Make sure that the Nexx Home App is in the background (open but in the background), unopened, or asleep (the phone screen is off).  Voice notifications or reminders will not happen if the App is open and in the foreground where you can see it.
4.  Restart your phone by turning it off and back on again.
  
Sometimes notifications get disabled if your phone goes in power saving mode.  If it ever does, then check the Nexx Home app setting again to ensure voice notification is still turned ON and follow the above steps to get it back.
