Nexx Alarm NXAL-100 - How to name or change your alarm zones (PRO plan feature)

Custom zone naming is a PRO plan feature and is not available in the BASIC plan.  Zone naming allows users to give a name to their alarm zones so that it would be more meaningful to them, such as Zone 1 named as front door for example.  The Basic plan does not allow for custom zone naming, so you cannot name or change the name of the zone with this plan.

If you have the Pro plan, follow the instructions below to give your alarm zone names or to change them:

1. Tap on the gear icon   next to the Nexx Alarm icon.

2. Under Device Settings - select Zone Names.

3. The Zone Names screen will allow you to set custom zone names.

4. Once done click "Save" at the top.
