Nexx Alarm - NXAL-100 - Compatibility Check - Is my alarm system compatible with Nexx Alarm
Nexx Alarm is compatible with the majority of alarm systems. Alarm system refers to the alarm circuit board (inside the alarm panel), and the maker of it may or may not necessarily be the same as the alarm installation or monitoring company.

If you don't recognize any of the alarm systems in the Compatibility Check, then it's possible that what you see as the name of your alarm system may just be the alarm installation and/or monitoring company, and they may not necessarily be the alarm circuit board maker, and it is the circuit board maker that we are concerned about in the alarm system Compatibility Check.
So in the case where you cannot find your alarm system in the Compatibility Check, then open your alarm panel to look at the actual alarm circuit board and see if you can find the name of the alarm circuit board on it.

If you cannot determine compatibility from the Compatibility List or after looking at your alarm circuit board, then take a high-resolution picture of your alarm circuit board and send it to us (support@getnexx.com) with any information (such as your alarm installation or monitoring company, if any) that can help us determine the compatibility of your alarm system, and we will be happy to assist further.
