Nexx Plug NXPG-100 - How to reset the Nexx plug back to configuration mode?
Please follow the steps below to reset Nexx Plug back to the configuration mode:
1. Press and hold down the on/off button for 15 to 20 seconds or until the LED light turns solid Blue.
2. After that, go back into the Nexx Home App and start the set up process by pressing on the plus sign on the top right corner of the app.
