Nexx Garage - NXG - How to reset the device back to configuration mode?

Soft Reset

1. Press and hold down the reset button for 30-45 secs or until the led light turns solid green.

2. Unplug the power cord and wait 1 minute, before plugging it back in. After plugging the power back in, the device led light should turn green. If it doesn't then proceed with the "Hard Reset" shown below.

3. You can now go back into the Nexx Home app and start the setup process by pressing on the plus sign on the top right.

Hard Reset

1- Unplug the device for 30 seconds.

2- Press and hold the reset button while plugging the device in.

3- Continue to hold the reset button for 5-10 seconds after plugging the device in.

4- Release the reset button.

5- Wait 15 seconds

6- Unplug device for 30 seconds.

7- Plug the device back in.
