Nexx App- NXG - Cloud Error on the Login Page and unable to login.
The "cloud error" is what you get if the email/password is entered incorrectly and the account isn't locked. Please check to see if you are entering the password with an extra space or capital letter or change the password completely to an entirely different one by using the “Forgot Password” button on the login screen.
