Nexx App - NXG - How to resolve "Cloud Error" issue?

If you are getting the "cloud error issue" in Nexx Home App, then please open the app > tap on 3 lines on the top left corner of the app > Accounts > Adjust timezone and Zipcode > Save > Logout of the app and then log back in.
