Nexx App - NXG - How to resolve "Bad Request" error in Nexx Home App?

If you are getting "bad request error", then that might be because your time zone and zip code is not updated from the settings of the Nexx Home App. To get it fixed, please open the app > tap on 3 lines on the top left corner of the app > Accounts > Adjust your time zone and Zip code >  Tap on 'Save' > Logout of the app and then log back in.
