The user has to agree to the disclaimer in order to use the Auto Open feature.  Without accepting the disclaimer, you will not be able to use the Auto Open feature as per Terms of Service.

To accept the disclaimer, in the Nexx Home app, when you toggle the Auto Open switch on under the Just Drive screen, then a message will pop up, and you will need to check off all boxes and then enter your name at the bottom before clicking the "Accept" button.
