Nexx App - NXG - Reminders not working

If reminders are not working, please follow the steps below to resolve it:

1. Open the app and tap your device settings.
2. Tap notification > turn off/disable Reminders. Tap Save.
3. Uninstall the app, reinstall it, and log back in.
4. Go to your device settings, then tap notifications. Enable Reminders and open the door.
5. Wait at least 15-20 mins and leave the phone to sleep.
