If you have determined that your garage door opener is incompatible with Nexx Garage, email us the make and model of your garage door opener, and we can determine the best type of adapter for it.  Depending upon your garage door make and model, it may be a universal adapter that we can send out or a more customized adapter service solution where you will need to send in the garage door remote for modification.  Whichever adapter needed will be provided free of charge for an incompatible opener, limit to one per Nexx Garage purchase with proof of purchase.
